Flute teacher, Nicole Scott, welcomes people of all ages and levels to her flute studio. Flute lessons are uniquely structured according to the needs of each individual student. There are certain basic skill requirements for everyone, but beyond that, Nicole does not apply a cookie cutter approach. Lessons are 30 minutes in length, and are taught at both Nicole's home flute studio in Rockledge and at Brass & Reed in Merritt Island.
Nicole began teaching flute in 1985, in the Texas Public School System. She served as a flute adjudicator for the 1994-1995 and 2003-2009 Brevard All-County High School Bands. She also judged the flute auditions for the Brevard All-County Junior High School Bands of 1996 and 1997. In addition to teaching private flute lessons, Nicole instructs flute classes within the Brevard Public Schools. She was the interim flute adjunct professor at Brevard Community College for the Fall 2004 term.

Nicole's flute studio is currently composed of students from Rockledge, Cocoa, Port St. John, Merritt Island, Satellite Beach, and Viera.She welcomes flutists from Suntree, Melbourne, and all areas of Brevard.
